At Underground Fitness, our classes are offered in two exciting styles:

 

Lift

A gym-style class focused on compound lifts, accessory movements, and upper and lower body strength. Perfect for those who want to master technique, build muscle, and improve overall performance.

 

Sweat

A high-energy session combining intense cardio, strength, and functional movements to push your limits and keep your heart rate up. It’s challenging, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding.

Each class is a great way to get fit, make new friends, and have fun — even when the workouts are tough. With the right energy, music, and community around you, training becomes something you’ll look forward to every week.

Suitable for all fitness levels and ages!
